Representation in the EU

According to the requirements of the European Directives, any manufacturer from third countries that exports its EU-certified products to the EU market must have an Authorized Representative - a resident of one of the EU countries.

The main function of the Authorized Representative is to contact the official and regulatory authorities of the importing countries in Europe if these structures have any questions about the safety and harmlessness of the product placed on the EU market and the compliance of the product with the requirements of the standards.

If the buyer has any abnormal situations during the operation of this product, as well as if there is any doubt about the legitimacy of the appearance of the product on the EU market, European authorities should be able to contact the manufacturer’s representative located in Europe to check the documents of the Technical file, including test reports on the product. No direct European official contact with the manufacturer is usually practiced.

The expert group CE-Certificate.EU offers

their services as an Authorized Representative of the manufacturer in the EU. In addition, our expert group can provide practical assistance in legalizing and registering an independent or subsidiary company of a manufacturing company (exporter) in the territory of one of the Baltic countries. We are also ready, at the request of the exporter, to conduct market research on the market of the importing country for the types of products of interest to the manufacturer, organize the registration of the brand of the goods, organize legal and information support, and organize product advertising.
